Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy works the best when it works on the mind and body simultaneously. Aromatherapy means "treatment using scents". It is a holistic treatment of caring for the body with pleasant smelling botanical oils such as rose, lemon, lavender and peppermint. The essential oils are added to the bath or massaged into the skin, inhaled directly or diffused to scent an entire room.

The “why” for my blog…

This is my very first entry into the world of “blog”… I have always wanted to write a short story about the meaningful or funny experiences that I have had throughout the directions in my life.. but either the pen ran out of ink or there was no paper around… now I am going to get on this computer daily..
